I will start teaching Monday June 14th! . All sessions will be FREE for the first week. This is a great chance to come and check out the reformer, and see what Pilates can do for you. The following times will be available for you to sign up and will be given on a first come first serve basis.
Reformer Sessions:(there are two spaces available for each time slot, so bring a friend!)
Monday-Friday, June 14-18th, 6:15am-7:00am and 7:15am-8:00am
Wednesday and Thursday, June 16th and 17th, 7:15pm-8:00pm and 8:15pm-9:00pm
Mat Classes: (Four spaces available for each time slot)
Tuesday, June 15th, from 7:15pm-8pm and 8:15-9:00pm
